Error message in SO

Dear all,

When I create a SO , the system pop up the following message:

Article 001 is not defined for sales from Macau

Message no. V1030

Diagnosis

Material 001 is not defined for sales from Macau.

System Response

Error message

The system does not allow the item to be processed further.

Information

By confirming the message, you can process the document further. The item is not copied into the document.

Procedure

The tax indicators in the material master of material 001 do not

exist for Macau (country of plant determined). If necessary, maintain these indicators.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi chris,

create your material with respect to sls org and distribution channel that you r using in creating sls order.

also check assignment of doc.type in respective sls area in T- OVAZ

while creating material master maintain tax indicator & rest of the thing.

Hi,

Extend the sales area to the needed sales area and plants from which you want to perform sales activities.

Please create ur material in the sales area in which u r creating ur sales order.

T Code MM01 Enter material and the sales org + distribution channel in which u want ur material -> press enter and fill all the mandatory field( System will ask u to fill all the mandatory field , please fill all the field and then save )

Now start creating the sales order once again.
