Hi
SM37>MENU>JOB-->CANCEL ACTIVE JOB
OR you can just check the job and click on delete button

Just select the job which is in "Released" Status and select Job-> Delete from the menu bar or alternatively shift+F2.

Your question is not so clear.
Are you trying to cancel the job??
If yes, you cannot directly cancel the active job.
For this, you need to go to Application Servers(SM51).
Identify the process with the help of the username and PID(You get the PID if you double click the job name in SM37).
Cancel without Core.
Are you trying to delete the job permanently??
You cannot delete the job if it is active, First cancel the job and then move it to Scheduled status and then you can delete directly by selecting it and clicking on the delete button
Hope the explanation is clear
