help needed: SAPHTMIL_E_CALL_METHOD_FAILED

Hi experts,

I am trying to run proxy to JDBc and File scenario and in sxmb_moni i am getting this message in

Receiver Identification....payloads...

SAPHTMIL_E_CALL_METHOD_FAILED: ("HTML000014")...

wat does it mean?

and receiver grouping is showing "No receiver found"

Plz help me to solve this....
