Books & Materials for FI/CO

Hi folks,

i am working as a ABAPER. i want to learn FI/CO.can anyone give me proper suggestion

or guide lines so that i can start learning FI/CO????

plz suggest me some books or sites where i can get all the materials or information relating to FI/CO.

Configuring SAP R/3 FI/CO by David Novac

This will really help u out and i will also give u some study material as soft copy, but in addition to reading SAP material u have to work on the the basic fudas of finance & Costing.

Thanks for ur help.now i am working as an ABAPER. Once i will get some knowledge in FI/CO, then i will work from my office as well.

do u have SAP traning CDS for FI/CO?? is it really very helpful??

Hi Pabitra,

As as far i m concerned i think it is better for u to get training from some institute or on work from some senior consultant who is already working in SAP FI/CO. And CD's won't help u too much .....

Rest is upto u to think...

this is the best book i have found so far.....

Configuring SAP R/3 FI/CO: The Essential Resource for Configuring the Financial and Controlling Modules

but it does not have asset accounting and product costing...

other than that it is good book

Pabitra,

If you are ABAP, you it will have a lot of resource to do it. Will be necessary that you enter through some training course in the functional area, as well as in the area financial business also.

If you wish, I can send to your email a basic material to initiate the studies.
