HRSP - help requested

Hi all,

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can suggest something on the below said.

These questions are from HR functional perspective.

1.What are the steps needed to be followed while applying HRSP's?

2.What is a SPAU list and what does it signify? What is it that we need to do after we get the SPAU list during HRSP application?

3.What kind of testing has to be performed during HRSP application?

Any responses greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,

First of all run T-code SPAM to see the current status of your system (SAP HR) and look at the Package level in the current system. If you want to apply patches after the current package level instruct your Basis team regarding it and they will install it

Once it is installed go ahead and take OSS notes from Basis and review it to identify Manual configuration and test to be carry out. Generally we prepare timeline for the same. So follow it in your company.

I do have some query regarding Payroll Technical wage Types,

what T.W.T /506 stands for, and

what are the Tech wage types where your gross amounts are stored

what are the Tech wage types where your tax amounts are stored

what is P45
