Combine STO into same DN

how can i combine several STO into same DN. As I using VL10G or VL10B, click blackground, not work. pls advice. thanks

Hi,

Please refer to the below Notes to help you solve the problem:

511910 VL10: Cumulation of delivery quantities

150766 Combining outstanding stock transport orders

377501 Delivery split for overdue delivery date

Please also consider using VL10x instead of VL04 which is outdated.

The pre-requisite for combining STOs in as delivery are

1. The delivery dates are same in all the STOs

2. The receiving plant is same.

Use VL04

1. Select the shipping point of the delivering plant

2. For "Documents to be selected", tick purchase order

3. In purchase order field make multiple entries (all the STOs that are to be combined)

4. Execute.

it is work now if the delivery date and plant is same. However, if the delivery date is different, two DN will be created. If I want to combine into same DN even delivery delivery date, what can i do?

Using ME22N change the delivery dates of the STO line items first.

sales order with different delivery date also can be combine into one DN. Any user exit can change it so that different STO with different delivery date can be combined into one?
