[IS-Retail] - Retail Customer Management
I would like to ask how many types of retail customer management are available across the SAP solution landscape and can it be managed in a centralized way with subset being used in different solution components?
(I just made a guess....) For example, the customer could be created and maintained in ERP, POS or CRM, if they are the ways to maintain the retail customer details, could it be possible to maintain them in a centralized way and preferably it could be maintained in the ERP and POS/CRM will consume the data for follow up process?
