Use the Quicksizer tool available at SAP service site for the sizing information.

This depends on which Scenario is begin used. In SRM Server sizing tool enter the scenarios to be used.
following are the scenarios
CTRT -users
Plan-users
Classic users
Sourc-users
service-users
Distinguish the users in following activities
Low Activity
Medium activity
high Activity
Also mention how many time you are going to change the object .
Ex A Sc created can be changed approx 4 times by a person.
And then click Calculate button
System will display the results and show the memory and hard disk size.
