Copy item from Source transaction to Target (follow up) transaction

Hi all,

we are working on CRM 5.0 and ECC 6 as a backend system.

We have created sales transaction in ECC which is fully processed (delivery and invoiceing has done) and replicated in CRM.

In CRM with reference to that Sales transaction we want to create Returns transaction for that I have done the following copy control configuration.

Copy Control Settings:

1)Define Copy Control for Transaction types

Copy Item Number

Complete reference

Copy Price Agreement

2)Define Copy Control for Item Categories

Copy conditions-copy conditions, Redetermine taxes

Price agreement

3)Define Item category determination when Copying

Source Item category

Target transaction type

Target item category

when I am creating the follow up for the sales transaction which is replicated from ECC in CRM

I am not able to copy the item from Sales transaction to Returns transaction.

Can any body suggest me did I miss any configuration?

Thanks in advance,

Hi Rahul,

When u are making a follow up from the sales transaction, do u get a check box to copy the items in the item selection tab page.

If not, check the Log icon in that tab. Also ensure that the org determination is same in both the transactions i.e. ur sales order and returns.

For checking purpose, create a sales order in CRM itself and make its follow up, see what errors come in the log.

Wish the information is useful.
