Hi expert,

please provide information were these services resides in visual admin,

"Service com.sap.aii.af.svc " "Service com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc " .

503 Service Unavailable

Application cannot be started.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Application sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to resource com.sap.aii.af.svc with type service, which is not active on the server.

And i found a note 994433 which provides information of sequential startup of services. Please help me to solve these issue.

We are unable to start the services sapxiadapter:bc,mail, jdbc, file, jms, marketplace, rfc,xi, sapximessaging, sap xiafcore, sap xiaf cp1 cache, we tried to start these but they failed to startup.

J2ee engine is runnig fine but we are unable to start sapxi adapter services.

We checked memory issues max, minthread counts thease are as per sap recommendations, local max threadcounts=350, and global max thread counts=150.

we have greater than 1000 communication channels and the channels we are using are jdbc, file, idoc, rfc.

In visual admin cluster->server->services->deploy->applications i found these are undeployed

sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.bc.app

sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.mail.app

sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.marketplace.app

sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.app

sap.com/com.sap.aii.af.ispeak.app

sap.com/com.sap.aii.af.ms.app

experts is these services impact, starting of

sapxiadapter:bc,mail, jdbc, file, jms, marketplace, rfc,xi, sapximessaging, sap xiafcore, sap xiaf cp1 cache.

If it impacts how to deploy these services using visual admin.

Regards,

Jaleel Ahmed

Hi Jaleel,

How many cluster nodes do you have? Is this happening on all nodes?
