I want to upgarde R/3 4.6c on UNIX TRU64 / Oracle 8.1.7.3 to mySAP ERP 2005. As per PAM TRU64 is supported only till ERP 2004. In such a case what should be the upgrade path.?

Tru64 is EOL'ed, contact you HP sales rep to get a migration path. There are many possible ways (HP-UX, Linux, Windows).
