BBPSC04 Check sattus

Hi experts

Someone could say me if is it in normal operation.

The users creates shopping carts and some days after the shoppings carts no more appears in BBPSC04 even if I change the period, there is some rule that in BBPSC04 appear only shopping cart of a fixed period or it must be selected by user ?

Hi,

Please have a look in the advanced search to check if the <b>shopping carts completed</b> are checked. I think it could be that.
