Hi All,
I had registered my earlier installation of SAProuter with the public IP address on the SAP website using the Remote Connection Data Sheet.
The public IP has now changed and I also had to reinstall the SAProuter for other reasons. During the re-installation of SAProuter I generated a certificate with the old SAProuter registration (old public IP).
Now I have an issue with a module and SAP Support would like to connect to our Dev system but since the new public IP is not updated on the SAP website the connection cannot be established.
Firstly how can I update the new public IP address for my SAProuter on the SAP website?
Secondly after the new public IP is updated do I need to generate the SNC certificate again and reinstall the SAPRouter?
Please help!
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Shailendra
