Hi,
can I change drive letter during a system copy (editing control file) on a NW04S/Windows/Oracle with R3COPY/OraBRCOPY ?

not a good idea. everything that will refer on the changed drive letter will abort.
Source system d:\oracle\....
Target system g:\oracle\...
I misread your initial question. sorry about that.
if you are using R3load method, then, this should not be a problem.
No R3load, with R3COPY.
I wouldn't use export/import... R3COPY procedure.
