Hello,
I have a question regarding the CM25 capacity planning board. When dispatching the production order to a certain work center it is possible to manually switch the production order to a different work center.
However, when you dispatch to a different work center, the production rates of the work centers are not taken into consideration. The routings (where the production rates are defined) are not copied when switching.
Is there a possibility to make the planning board consider the production rates of different work centers when moving an order from one production line to another?
An option we have considered is to use planned orders instead of production orders. But is it possible to dispatch planned orders in the CM25 tool (without converting them to production orders firstly)?
Kind regards,
Tim
Thank you for answering,
In the strategy options there are possibilities to take into account the production version when dispatching. However, these options are only possible for planned orders.
Is it possible to dispatch planned orders on the planning board?
Are there any other options that we can use to consider the production rates when moving an order from one work center to another?
Kind regards,
Tim
