How to find out relevant Infosources and Infocubes for Datasources

Hi All,

I am BIW beginner, have system installed BW 3.0B, I want to use r/3 Datasources and find out relevant Infosources and Infocubes, can any one help on this issue.

hi,

before going to install the infocube, infosource use follwing link to find the respective infosource belong to which infocube and chara, keyfigures.

then do the in stallion in bi content

When I am drag and drop my Infocubes in collection object column, I am getting error for all cubes as below:

0APO_LOCNO_T(OBJ) of type 'Infoobject' is not available in Version 'D'

what can be the solution for this issue.

Have grouping as " In data flow before ".

Or

Install that object as well.

hai kiran,

when you are getting this problem. after installing the infocubes in bi content means ignore it. before means find the infoobject in infoobject linkinstall the objectthen do the cube installation.

go to metadata repository there u can find all the relevant infosources and cubes

You can search for info about datasources in <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/3d/5fb13cd0500255e10000000a114084/frameset.htm">Help</a> , go to Metadata Repository and look for Network Diagram which gives the flow associated with the objects..like for Cube it gives the relevant IS, TR, UR, Queries...etc.
