No,In order to build planning awareness applications, you have to use the BEx Web Application Designer from SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s). In the long term, you will be able to build planning-awareness applications with SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer.
Hope it Helps

Hi Rames,
It is not possible to have a planning UI in Visual Composer.
The BEx queries... are possible to be displayed IF the queries are read only(i.e reporting queries). But for planning, the queries are input-ready.
One possible solution is that you can create your planning application via WAD(say with queries which takes Plan_ID as input parameter).
You can launch the WAD from a visual composer UI(ex: you have a table in the VC screen with a list of plans displayed, you select/highlight one of them and on click of a button you can pass the chose plan ID and launch the WAD).
In this case, the button needs to be framed using web-dynpro.
Visual Composer does not support Information Broadcaster at this point. Under compose select the HTML view component and assign the WAD template URL to the component.
You can use the HTML control wihin VC and add a link to the BEx Web template.
Thanks, *pls assign points if info is useful**
