Hi friends,

How to delete a sale order? And how to view the already deleted sale order with details like who has deleted the order and all?

To Delete the sales order just goto VA02

Click on Sales doc menu and click on delete . Pop up will come say yes.

To know the deleted orders, go to CDPOS

enter "VERKBELEG" in change document object.

VBAK in Table name.

"D" in Change ID.

Hi,

In table CDHDR the field USERNAME will have the user who had changed / deleted the order.

I don't think so but u can check the data at header level by

removing the entry VBAK in the field table name in selection criteria.

You can see all the data that is stored for that order.

User name (BNAME) stored in the the table USR02.

Hi Ramesh,

You cannot delete the order directly. You have to follow archiving process to delete the sale order for the data base.

Deleted sales order can only be displayed, when you have stored the archived sales order in the archive system.

Hi,

To delete sales order

Goto VA02 transaction from menu Sales document->Delete

--To check archiving documents goto SARA transaction and give object name SD_VBAK and then check by giving selection critiria.
