EVS our own Message

Hai All

i am getting the error message like "String "abc" does not match the Enumeration" in the EVS element in the table.

But i want to set user friendly message like "chracter string "abc" does not exit in the set of allowed values"

How to set the our own error message in the EVS element

Kindly help me.Urgent need.

let me know is there any possibilty to bring own message?

I think you cant change the framework messages.

Hi,

Its not possible at all. Even if you try to do the same validation yourself on action of Enter for the EVS inputField and give your own cutom message, then also it will display the framework generated message.

I think these messages are been generated by framework ,hence we have no control over it.Even i want to know if it is really possible.Wait for gurus to reply to this.
