Batch Determination/Splitting Error

Unable to issue goods (DO) due to materials not having enough quantity for specific batch. Upon viewing the batch determination of the material there is available quantity of that specific material.

Using VL06G check if the specific material (specific batch, specific plant) is blocked in some other delivery( PGI for which is also due).

Solved. I checked MSC2N and Material Master and saw that the classification data was not maintained. After doing this, the error is gone.

The problem is, when I do a DO, the available stock is 6 but the system only takes in 5 as confirmed quantity. There are no other batches, only one. What would be the causes of this?

Hi,

Goto Tcode MSC2N enter ur material and the batch no. and plant u r sing in ur sales order .

check there is two radio buttons in Basic data 1 tab . If the radio button of Batch restricted is checked please uncheck the same -> save it and try again .

if radio button of unrestricted is check , please check enough stock is there in that perticular batch in that perticular plant for a perticular material .

If not please create stock in Tcode MB1C Movment type 561 .

Are you changing the Goods issue date, do you have stock on the period which you are using as GI date.
