Poor SAP Support Services--License Key sent by SAP "INVALID"
I have a very basic Demo miniSAP System (MBS). But instead of an initial 3-month license, it turned out to be only for two weeks. So, I applied for extension; and the following reply was received from SAP, via e-mail:-
SAPSYSTEM = MBS
CUSTOMER-KEY = G0765324605
INSTNO = DEMOSYSTEM
EXPIRATION = 20080215
LKEY = 7JLTOC9DFG59JELEFD6K6XY7
Surprisingly, my system rejected the above Key as invalid. So, I approached SAP (via the Reply-link in their e-mail) with this problem and also attached a screen-shot of all the system messages. This was about 4 days ago; my license expires tomorrow, but there is no response at all till date from SAP. Unfortunately, no link is available for SAP-support on their website. Hence this post for URGINT help, PLEASE, from fellow sufferers.
