STMS configuration at solution manager

Hi all

We have to configure STMS in our newly installed solution manager . How to configure our STMS . ? Which configuration i have to select . Single , Sevelopment and production or Three systems in group ?

Hi,

Use T-code STMS for configuring ur TMS -:

Nothing much to do just enter Host IP address and instance number after that it will ask u to enter address ,country and time.Finally save the settings.

If you are executing STMS for the first time, automatically it gives a popup saying it is creating the system as a domain controller.

Click on save. your configuration is done.

In future if you want to have production Sol Man server then you need to mount/share the usr/sap/trans dir in the prod server.

Once it is shared you can add the prod server in Dev stms as recipeiant system.

Choose Single one..........because there is no need to go for three system .
