Hi

I am downloading Product and BP from ECC 5.0 to CRM 5.0

If new material / customer is created in ECC, how it will be reflected automatically in CRM.

Where I have to make required settings.

HI USING PIDE COMMAND IN R3 THE R3 ACCOUNT GROPUS ARE MAPPED WITH CRM BP'S AND DATA WILL FLOW VICE VERSA THEN START DOWN LOADING R3 AC4 FOR DELTA, BEFORE GO LIVE R3AS

Hi Nitin!

When you use Initial Download in CRM to download business objects from ECC, delta download is triggered automatically for you. You maintain filter values for each business object in TRX R3AC1. You can use TRX SMW01 to check middleware activity when updating / adding business objects in ECC.

Hi Nitin

First to bring BP from ECC to CRM automatically as it is created-

Following are the two steps

1) The account group needs to be mapped. In ECC using T-code PIDE you can map it. Here the classification and grouping column corresponds to CRM.

2) Make a note that your organisation structure is also mapped. The Tcode PPOMA_CRM and in the function tab.

For product to flow from ECC to CRM

1) Products that are loaded to the CRM system from the ERP system should at least belong to this base hierarchy R3PRODSTYP.Assignment to other base hierarchies is optional

2) COMM_PRAPPLCAT takes us to customizing hierarchy
