Is there a tool to activate an in-active Transformation (Due to change in some other factor) like we use to be able to activate DataSources using RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL pgm?

As of now there is no Program/Tool as such to activate all Transformations....you should go by one by one manually.
