Delivery tolerances

Hi all

I have a requirement that, i need to maintain 10% of plus and minus tolerances

in the sales order. i am maintainning the tolerances in customer master record and as well as in customer - material info record.

assume my order qty is 100,

i can deliver minus up to 90 and plus up to 110 in the delivey .

but when i am doing the delivery, if i put my picking qty as 104

the system throughing an error like

picking qty is greater than the delivery qty.

But i should deliver the qty between 90 to 110 as per my requirement.

where i can do the configurations

Hi Suresh,

The picking quantity can never be more than the delivery quantity. First you have to change the delivery quantity that is copied from the sales order and then do the picking. If you try to change the delivery quantity beyond the tollerance limits, then the system will throw the warning message.

Dear Suresh

Irrespective of the data you are maintaining or not, if stock is available, you can deliver even more than 10%, subject to customer's concurrence. You have to decide what quantity you need to delivery before doing PGI, it may be plus or minus.

Hi Suri,

Manually change the delivery quantity also in the delivery.
