error in settlement

Dear Gurus

I am using prod ord. I already done settlement for some order

but suddenly system giving a error "There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible."

Message no. KD256

please suggest me.

Dear Gurus,

I got one thing in this issue that settlement has done only for the matrl who is produced through MTS scinario but for MTO mtrl it is giving above error.

I have checked sttlement profile but I don't get any clue from it because there Sales order = settlement optional

Can any body suggest me what r the customizing setting for this

I will give full point for right answer...

When I get this message, it means that when WIP or RA was run, "test mode" was checked, therefore not values were saved; or in RA, I forgot to click the Save button.

Also check the order:

does it have a balance on it? if NO, then there is nothing to accrue.
