Hi Forum,

I have XI 3.0 SP 19, i have a serious/critical trouble, pls help,

adapterFramework is not working,

in rwb i can see the details as following:

I want to you try in this fashion :

http://10.20.10.20:50000/AdapterFramework/rtc

where 10.20.10.20 is the IPaddress of your host .

Santosh, i tried that way, but no results.....

anyway, it was suggested by a EXPERT'S team, that <b>mis-configuration of communiaction channels may lead to this error,</b>

but, all the channels were working fine for the past 5 months, and i cant make out any configurational error,

any idea, regarding this, pls help,

Hi,

Check in Visual Admin ( Ask your basis) all the services related to XI AF is up and running. Try to stop and start the service. Is this system is a system copy of some other system?

Can you heck the same url withour domain name...?

Try with IP address directly and let me know the outcome..

when i tried with IP, it gave the same error,

i tried typing this URL http://xxxx.com:50000/AdapterFramework/rtc, in the browser, it gave the error

<b> Application cannot be started.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Application sap.com/com.sap.aii.af.app cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to resource com.sap.aii.adapter.xi.svc with type service, which is not active on the server.

Problem seems to be with FQDN ( Fully Qualified Domain Name)..

Is this is the first time you are seeing this error?
