Adding system in Log on pad

Hello All

I am having server name and sid for a system .

please tell me how I can add this system in my logon pad and access the system.

what more inofrmation I need for this?

Hi

You can do this Click new item then you have to define Your server description like SAP ECC IDES

Then give IP Number in application field

define your system Id this will Three character like ECC

Define your system Number generly it will 00

Hi cool

U can add new system in Logon pad as follows

click on New item on logon pad

Give server description

application server detail

system id

system number

then click Add and log on

u will be able to log on and new system is added to ur logon pad

also if New item is not visible to u contact ur admin.

U can also run same from

Run -> sapgui.IP of server

I think that's all you need to add the instance to your logon pad.

Open logon pad , Click on 'New', give a description, input the server name in 'Application Server' field, input sid in 'System number' field, click on ok.

You should be able to access the instance.
