Error Message FF 747

Hello SAP Gurus!

I have a problem I hope you can help me with. We are running on version 4.6C and use Vertex Q Series 3.1.

We have a user in the field that is trying to reject a line item on a sales order, but when doing this they get error message FF747 (the tax amount must not be greater than the tax base). I am not sure what causes this error and was hoping that I could get some guidance on this.

Hi Experts,

  While changing Sold to party in a quotation I am confronting with the same error can you please help me identifying the possible reason for the error FF 747 (the tax amount must not be greater than the tax base).
