SPEC2000 Fields cannot be deactivated

Is there any way to turn off the SPEC2000 tab / fields on the PO in ME23n?

I've been wanting to configure SAP 46C to generate SPEC 2000 document and I came across your name with reference to SPEC 2000. If you have it working, can you share if / how you configured your SAP to generating the spec 2000 file?

I never heard about such tab in standard SAP PO. It might be your customized tab in your project or is it some industry specific solution there??
