hi,
In reconcillation report we get some of the orders with "missing with external key in R/3"..what is the reason for the same and what is the possible solution other than deleting those orders in APO..

They can be caused due to queue blocks or some transient condition of CIF.
Since R/3 is the system of record, you need to get rid of the orders in APO and then reCIF the orders back into APO.
