How to attach some external document to particular order (sales/production order)

Dear Abhay,

Going into Production order in Change Mode - CO02,click on Viewer -

(ControlShiftF7) - The third button from Document overview .In the next screen

you find a small icon called Services for Objects,Left most corner of the Page just

below the T code box.Click on Create - Create Attachement ,Creat Note,Create

External Document URL.Choose the one you want and save it.

Hi Mangalraj,

Thank you for your information regarding attaching the file to Production order. I could do that by following your mail. Please explain the purpose of this attachement. Is it just like giving some processing instructions which are to be followed while confirmation of the order or any other specific requirement.

Dear ABhay,

To attach the document in sales order first creat the document using t-code cv01n.then go to tcode va02 >>>>open sales order>>>>then go to Extras >>>Click on Documents and attach your document.
