Unable to create Jco connection after EP system copy

Hi Gurus,

We have performed EP 6.0 SP16 system copy as per the PDF SAP WAS Java 640 patch collection. After the target system installed, system is working fine. But after few days, it started giving error as "500 Internal Server error, contact system administrator" when we try to click on create or maintain Jco Destinations button. I have gone through default log find few errors but could not get proper solution. SLD is working fine.
