Error in calling XI Integration Directory

Hi,

When going to url: http://<host>:<port>/rep in SAP Exchange Infrastructure and then clicking at Integration Directory, the next page displays error message: "The requested client is unknown!" Kindly suggest.

Have you maintained the required settings in host file of client.

Still the issue not resolved. Checked all suggested solutions but the problem is still there.

This problem occurs when Java Web Start is not configured.

Open java web start and goto <b>FILE ---> Preferences</b>. Now under General tab <b>check the radio button None</b> for proxies.
