What Standard Report for quotation & Inquaries ,which can show the lost of sale?

I think laxmipathi has rightly said there is only above way to find out this.

Loss of sales can be because of many resons which may not be entered in system by sales dept.

So best way is to use SE16-VBKD Or above table..

I think there is no standard tcode to such a data. If you want to see the extent of lost sale order, go to SE16, give Table VBFA.

Here enter the quotation documents in the field "<b>Preceding Doc</b>" and enter "<b>C</b>" in the field "<b>Subs. doc categ</b>" and execute the report.

A report will be generated wherein against the quotations wherever orders are created, it will display. Wherever sale orders are not displayed, you can assume that those quotations could not be converted into sales and you lost that.

Of course for that there could be lot of reasons but this way, you can identify and list out the quotations.
