what is the difference between vf01 and fb70

VF01 - Create Invoice on Customer

FB70 - Issue Debit / Credit Note

Though through SD process also, we can issue credit note, in some companies they may be having a policy that only Finance people should have the authorisation to issue debit / creidt note. In that case, they should use FB70.
