One step to OSS connect

I try to make a connect to SAP by oss. I have already do the following step:

1)Fill the "Remote Connection Data Sheet"

2)Get an answer with Distingushed Name

3)Unpack sapcrypto.dll to ntintel folder (I have Windows 2003 on Intel)

4)sapgenpse.exe get_pse -v -r certreq -p local.pse "CN=xxxxxx, OU=xxxxxx, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

6)Get the connted of certreq and fill it into the form on marketplace

7)Get key from ather form from marketplace and put this text into "srcert"

8)sapgenpse.exe import_own_cert -c srcert -p local.pse

9)Quality test: sapgenpse seclogin -p local.pse -O sncadm running seclogin with USER="sncadm" - all OK

After all this step I have gone on marketplace and filled all tab about my system (for router I selected 3299 port). But connection was canceled. In sm59 I described /H/myIPwithrouter/S/sapdp99/H/sendedsapIP/S/sapdp99/H/oss1

But test connection takes me this:
