HI,

As said above the char value should be deleted from the targets whichever there.

The record cannot be deleted if the value is used in any of the datatargets ..it is associated with transaction data ( SID ).

Once all associated transaction data is deleted you can try deleting the record but this is not permanent...again the same record will be loaded the next time.

May be you should do some coding which would delete & only apply to that record ....or use Filters in the Infopackage.
