Error in running transactions

Hi

While trying to run any transaction system is showing "Application is Shutting Down" & is going in the loop.

Any hint what & where to check ?

Which SRM version are you using ? When this problem is happening (What steps you are doing to reproduce this error sitatuation in the system ? Please give complete details in next reply...
