when install ESS BP , IF I shoud install the BP one bye one (from BPERP5ESS01 to BPERP5ESS08) ,or just install the latest BP BPERP5ESS08 ? Thanks .

As a general rule, you can always install the last Java Patch.
Java patches are always cumulative patches.
