Hi,

I have activated a workflow WS14000109 for the test purpose. As two workflow are activated for the object BUS2121, I want to change the start condition of the WF WS14000109. So I have used the t-code SWB_PROCUREMENT to modify the start condition. But I don't see the WF WS14000109 at all.

Please help

With regards,

Pranav

Hi

<u>Which SRM version are you using ?</u>

<b>Please go through the related links -></b>

Are you using Item level or Header level WorkFlow ??

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm40/helpdata/en/a3/a6a34098022a54e10000000a1550b0/content.htm

For more information on this workflow for item-based approval of shopping carts, see Item-Based Approval Process (WS145000015) in Release Note EBP_50_WORKFLOW (Changes to SAP Business Workflow [Enterprise Buyer 5.0]) and SAP Note 731637.

In transaction - SWB_PROCUREMENT

go to change mode and look for the SC Workflow which you configured.

Just check that whether conditions are correctly formulated or not.

First select or search the Business object (BUS2121 Shopping Cart, BUS2201 Purchase Order, etc) an then you can display or modify the WF conditions, if the WF you need dose not appear, click on Create new condition and select you want to modify.

WS10000276 is no longer used.Instead you can use the Workflow WS14000109.Please refer the foll link for more details:

Official OSS note :

Note 979296 WS10000276 obsolete, use WS14000109 instead

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm40/helpdata/en/17/40a86c773d6c41801d78af1a34b90f/content.htm

Note 950510

Note 979296 - WS10000276 obsolete, use WS14000109 instead

Note 761293 - WF batch when approving shopping carts

Note 828787 - Single-level approval using a value limit: held documents

Also run transaction SWU_OBUF and PPWFBUF to synchronize WF buffers.

About transaction SWO1: I think you can't manually triger WF steps with this transaction.

I often use this transaction to compare values in held object and start condition in transaction SWB_COND.

I hope this help you. Do let me know.

Hi Atul,

Thanks for your reply.

>>> Official OSS note : Note 979296 WS10000276 obsolete, use WS14000109 instead

The OSS note 979296 doesn't exist in the system.

Please refer to the SAP Help http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm50/helpdata/en/17/40a86c773d6c41801d78af1a34b90f/frameset.htm. It seems to me that WS10000276 still valid. WS10000276 and WS14000109 are not same.

I want to use WS10000276 as given in the example.

Please help

Hi Atul,

EHP3 FOR SAP SRM 7.0

We have developed a Workflow (Process-Controlled Workflow) for SRM Purchase Order. The requirement we have is that if the PO is released and then changed, only the WF should start again if the amount is changed. Any other field change in the PO should not trigger WF again.

There is customizing to define which fields should trigger WF for Shopping Cart, but I don´t found this for Purchase Order:

PRO-->  SRM server --> sourcing--> Define Fields in Shopping Cart Which Trigger Workflow

Any suggestions?

Many thanks,

Edward.
