EDI troubles, parked documents

I am trying to help somebody with EDI. I have little knowledge of EDI but I think I'm tracking the problem down. The problem is that, in test, one vendor's inbound documents are being parked; the status is parked and online. However, we want the status to be processed (we do not want it to be parked). Am I right in assuming that the problem is with the vendor itself? I did a comparison on the iDoc between the one in question and one that works and the header info is the same so I am assuming the there isn't a problem with the iDoc.

It seems like the trouble was with the actual iDoc. I was told (by a supposed EDI professional) that the iDoc had to be 100% correct in order for it to get as far as it did. Well, I just used a different iDoc and the testing function (WE19) and got it to post it.
