I am running PI7.0 SP10 interfacing HRMD_A_08 from ECC6 to 4.7.
I have a cross infotype mapping:
IT0007-MOSTD to IT0008-DIVGV
As there can be multiple infotypes I am using the SplitByValue (ValueChange), which works for every record apart from the last entry in the Idoc!
If i map field to field the last record remains empty. If there is only one record, it works. If there are lots of records, it doesn't work!
To say this is frustrating would understate this!
Is there an optimum number of segments for this type of mapping????
Any sensible ideas!
I have tried using exists, changing the context - then removing it!
Cheers for your responses!
A few drinks last night and a fuzzy head this morning was just the key!
Stuck the Copy Value in before the split by and this is now working!
It is true that alcohol is the solution to all problems!

Barry,
Can you email me a screenshot with display queue's for a small sample of data? Include the mapping please. Or just export the mapping and send me that (save data in it as test data).
Thanks
James.

Hello Barry,
Possible to provide more details on the issue? Am not much of a mapping fan and trying to explain the intericacies of a mapping XML with words, but can you try so that we can crack this problem ( hopefully.. )
Regards
Bhavesh
