Is there any API to find a portal user id in a WebDynPro ABAP application.
The WD ABAP application is running in the same portal.

If your portal is running on SSO (Single sign on) then once your ABAP Dynpro application is started you can get the value from SY-UNAME - system variable for name of current login user.
