disp+work.EXE stopped

Hi Guys,

I have restarted the system and i found no instances and i added the instance saphostname 00 and 01. I have added the service sapxx 00 with the sapstartsrv.exe.

I have found all the instances and after i have started the sevices i found sapxx 00 is having the

msg_server.EXE --- Message server running

disp+work.EXE Dispatcher stopped

igswd.EXE running.

does disp+work.EXE comes under sapxx 00 or it should come under sap xx 01?

on the developer trace of the dispatcher i found DpIj2eeShutdown

you probably forgot to tell us that you upgraded your kernel...

I believe that you are using the wrong kernel version for your SAP system.

last time that happened to me: I used a 7.00 kernel on a WAS 6.40 system... that was a mistake I did while upgrading and upgraded the 6.40 kernel instead of upgrading the shadow instance kernel...

if this is not your case, upgrade your kernel to latest patch level.

To what timezone is your SAP system and the database configured? There's a mismatch and thus the system shutting down...

How to set this time, I have mssql server and how can i set the time that both the app server and db will not have the time mismatch.

I think your problem is that you changed the windows clock running SAP.

Restart your server. If that is the problem, restarting will solve it.
