How can I unlock the user by myself ?

Hi

If you have any other ID with USER ADMINISTRATION role

login through that id

Now Under

<b>User Administration</b> -> <b>Identity Management </b> ->

Type the user which got locked

Select <b>UNLOCK </b>button

The reason is, you might have tried entering a wrong password for more than 3 times,

ask your admin to unlock the user
