Hi,
Can anyone suggest me the method or tcode
1.to find the number rows in a cube and
2.to get the row size of the cube.
Regards,
Deepika.
You posted this question in BIA forum, so I suppose it is somehow related to the topic of the forum.
1) If your goal of having number of records in the cube is related to estimation of time of initial indexing - you can use transaction RSRV, where one of check is doing this estimation.
2) In general: when cube is to be indexed into BIA, the system does not check precise number of rows, but just use estimated number from DB statistics. You'll see this number in RSDDV in Information before indexing cube with Wizard.
3) Once the cube is indexed, then in RSDDV you'll see exact number for table rows.
Hope this somehow helpful. Pls assign point if yes.
Cheers,
-Vitaliy
