MD04- MRP element data issue

Hi,

In MD04 the MRP element data column exists where we can see the planned order number with some description.

for example it shows like this for planned order: 3120000/STPO

though that planend order is not a stock transfer planned order it shows like this description in that column.can u suggest how to rectify the issue.

if you check the help, i think even F1 key should give the information, SAP gives you the details for all the short form use and for information STPO is not Stock transport purchase order, it is Standard purchase order, meaning the material need to be converted into standard purchase order.

Check the MRP element text configuration using transaction "OMD5", Planned order MRP element is PA.

Hi Madan,

u can define planned order type to be created during MRP run, by following SPRO settings.

Produution->Material req planning->Procurement proposals->planned order->Define order profile.

please check that have u assigned any special procurement key for header planning material
