it is not possible to change the amount field.

The only option left is to reverse the doc..

Hi,

Down payment request is a noted item and it neverever update any accounting transactions why you want to update.

May i know the requirement of you .if u create one more what is the wrong and reverse previous one if u dont want

my clients users are very lazy they dont want to reverse,

i found the soln if u make payment in f-48 u can pay short amt by entering the correct amt in the first screen of f-48 and the editing the vendor line item

anyway thanks all of u whoever replied
