APO - Dependent Requirment quantity Showing No orders are pegged on output

Hai All

I have a following issue : I have planned the FP material which gives the dependent requirment for the Lower level - The main issue is that the Dependent planned orders are getting generated in the surplus and whne we click on the surplus quantity in the Product view the system is showing the status " <b>NO</b> <b>Orders are Pegged on Output</b> " . We checked the Product master in PPDS tab we have PP Plng Procedure - 2 ( Manual without Checking) and Product Heuiristic is - Planning Shortage quantity for CTP. But the same is working fine for other material only for this material we are facing the problem of surplus with no Order being pegged to FP. Waiting for your soultion

Do you have any Safety stock requirement at lower or higher level ? what does the pegging overview tab of product view show for these surplus orders ?

Their is no Safety stock in Lower as well as the Higher Level Material. The Pegging overvies tab only shows the Planned order which are being pegged for the corresponding higher level material. It is not showing the planned order which is surplus. The surplus orders are not displayed in the Pegging overview
